The reality of terrorism has changed the way that we do business with the rest of the world. The 2oth century saw the rise of terrorism as various groups tried to bring attention to their views.

That which causes terror

There are many extreme groups that will do what they can to bring fear into the population so as to get people to give in to their demands. It is unfortunate that many of these groups are in some ways connected to the Islamic faith and many of the peoples who are used in the front line of the battles are the poor and disadvantaged and so the fight against terrorism must include removing poverty traps and empowering the disadvantaged to fend for themselves. We must also deal honestly and not perpetuate lies and superstition of other people groups as this breeds hatred and suspicion, which is the good soil to breed terrorism.

Many munitions industries profit from terrorism and so stricter controls on the munitions trade must be put in place.

Some governments fund and use terrorist organisations to place pressure on other countries to push claims against those countries effective sanctions against such countries must be put in place,

Some countries harbour terrorist organisations. Some cannot expel them or bring them under the legal control to those countries we must give what assistance we can to remove the terrorist groups from their borders. The countries that permit the terrorist organisation should face effective sanctions in an attempt to bring the country to deal with the removal of the terrorist organisation. Military force to deal with the terrorism should be a final option.
